Please Read once, to get Fast Warranty Support.
This is the most Simplified Warranty you can get in whole Industry with no fine prints or hidden clauses.
It’s Goal is to give Fastest Warranty support, once we have all diagnostic information of the customer product.
Warranty Validity Period:
  • 180 Days(6 months) from Invoice Date.
Products Include:
Cables such as any Cellbell Android, Apple, Type C Data cable, Or Aux Wire.
Coverage:
-Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and the purpose for which the product was designed.
-This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service.
-CELLBELL may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects.
- We have internal product audit checks to detect the usage time of product until it stopped working as per customer expectation.
- Hence any decision passed by our internal quality team, will be considered as a final call on each problem case.
Non-Coverage:
- Any Add-on accessory (if any) given in the package is out of this warranty support.
-Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
-Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not recommended by the manufacturer.
-self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, and so on
-Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
-Free products given as promotion or as replacement.
Process:

-Directly from home, Chat with our Customer Care(https://cellbell.in/contact-us/).
-Provide problem pictures and videos to support person, then you can further sent your product for quality inspection by our product team if support person asks for.
-If you are not sure how to send items to us, you can use IndiaPost, or any third party courier or websites like ecourierz to arrangement pickup at your own cost.
-You can expect to get replies from Customer care in defined support timings(10am-5pm) on working days(Mon-Sat), except on public holidays and Sundays .
Resolution Time:
-Within 3 Days from the day, we receive your product, you will be either given Replacement or Same repaired product will be returned to you at no cost.
