Customer service offers free part replacement and returns only for eligible orders within 10 Days from the Delivery date, else applicable return logistics charges and uninstallation charges are deducted from the order refund amount. Please note that we also offered paid uninstallation service at selected locations. Usually customers only perform the uninstallation within the safety of their home or office using online help.
How to get Warranty Support?
Before contacting our customer support for warranty claims, please ensure to read below details about warranty, as our customer support and your purchase is bound within below warranty terms.
This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not override, your statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Consumers are free to make a warranty claim under this Warranty. They may also exercise their statutory consumer rights.
Note: This Limited Warranty is valid only for products that you bought through our authorised distributors (Products). Our authorised distributor in the India is our online store located at cellbell.in. We also sell our products through other websites hosted on domains that are registered by the Cellbell group of companies and flagship stores established in online marketplaces that are registered under the name of a Cellbell entity or an authorised Cellbell consignee or reseller. We refer to our authorised distributors as the Stores. As we cannot determine the authenticity or original condition of products sold through channels outside of our Stores, we regretfully won’t be able to provide warranty support for those products.
The Product you bought will match the descriptions we gave you when you contacted us, or through our Stores.
The quality of the Product will be reasonably satisfactory.
The Product will fit your particular purpose if we promised that the Product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records.
Our warranty starts from the date you received your Product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order.
We will repair or replace all defective Products. In the unlikely event that we can’t fix a warranty failure, we will reimburse you the purchase price that you paid, less the amount directly attributable to your use and enjoyment of the Product in question before the non-conformance was discovered. We may also accept your request for a partial refund as far as justified by the reduced value of the unrepaired Product if you opt to keep it.
Only manufacturing Defects are Covered under Warranty.
Parts Covered are : Hydraulic Shaft, Mechanism Bolt within 6-Months from Delivery Date
Parts not Covered: Wheelbase, wheels, Arm-Rest, Back-Rest, Upholstery Material damages, Plastic Accessories Cap of wheelbase and hydraulic shaft.
Exceptions: In-Transit Damages Reported within 10-Days from Delivery Date are Covered.
Exceptions: Only within 10 Days from delivery, In case any specific part required different than the standard part given with the product, then extra charges will be applicable as all products are delivered as per single standard.
Exceptions: Only within 10 Days from delivery, In case of any missing product accessories, then it will be replaced instead of the whole product reported within 10 days from the delivery date.
Exceptions: Only within 10 Days from delivery, In case, the customer changed the mind and wants another product in exchange, then new order need to be placed for that other product and the current product can be managed by a paid return if customer service approves the order.
Any product return or refund requests due to subjective inconvenience issues such as not liking the product, or not comfortable product without any real noticable defects, then such cases are strictly not covered in warranty.
wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials.
aesthetic defects or minor deviations of the Products from images posted in the Stores or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used or manual assembly of Products.
improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or site or environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity or pollutant gases).
use in anything other than a domestic, private and non-commercial setting.
contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation or elements that are known to cause a breakdown of materials.
modifications or failure to follow the recommended assembly or aftercare instructions.
abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer or other causes beyond our control.
To prevent the voiding of your Warranty, please follow the instructions provided in assembly videos.
Product is DIY or Service-Expert Required?
Cellbell chair is a DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Installation product, it doesn't require any service expert to be available for Installation or Uninstallation. Also, service person costs are not included in the product price as most customers didn't require a service person for this product.
Service Experts for Installation and Uninstallation are available at select locations and its a paid service (non-inclusive in Product Price).
Within 48hrs, you can expect to get a service person assigned for your case.
